"Room and environs were beautiful! Staff (Daniel) very nice and helpful! I was a bit disappointed that some of the activities offered online were unavailable (bicycles). Restaurant and wine tasting experiences very disappointing tho not necessarily a reflection on the manor house itself. "

"I stayed at Quinta de São Luís (Vine House) and I have to say, this was hands down the highlight of my entire trip to Portugal. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but I had never seen anything this beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. "Absolutely beautiful location in the Douro Valley. The views from any location on the property are postcard views. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. Overall one of the most serene and tranquil places we visited in Portugal."

"Veldig koselig leilighet i en pittoresk fjellandsby i Duoro-regionen. Veldig gjestfritt nabolag! Butikk og snack-bar i umiddelbar nærhet, men langt til nærmeste restaurant. "

"This was a fabulous find! The property host was super accommodating. We got in late in the evening and had to leave early. His mom made a delicious home cooked meal and prepared the breakfast buffet early enough for us to eat before we had to leave. The view was fantastic and the room comfortable. I wish we had more time to spend there. "

"Charmerende. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen. Vær opmærksom på at nogen værelser har vinduer højt, så man ikke kan se ud (kælderen). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge. Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. Et stort supermarked. "
