"The location is great but we had an issue with management where one of their workers barged into our room around 10pm without knocking so that was unexpected and kinda scary to say the least. Their phones also don’t work great so when I called front desk asking what happened they were hard to understand what caused the incident to occur. I deadbolted the door and that didn’t stop management from entering. Kind of hard to sleep after that transpired so 3 stars overall"

"I would not recommend staying here. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but our room was not ready until after 4:00 p.m. When we finally entered the room, it was still very dirty despite having supposedly been cleaned. The floor was completely wet, yet our children's socks quickly became dirty from walking on it, so we had them keep their socks on the entire time. The bathroom was especially concerning. "The lady at the front desk was nice but the directions to the Lighthouse condo were not clear. She should have said to turn at the RV parking sign and the Owners should also have a sign that says Condos. The Lighthouse condo was clean but it doesn't look like the pictures on Expedia. It was a large place for the money. The Condo parking lot was dark, the alley was dark and so was the street so it made it harder to find."
