I know they are not going to fix it. Also are room keys did not work for us to get into our room. Took them back to the office and they rekeyed them two times in the pooring rain. "We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. "We’ve stayed there 3 times in the last 2 years and have yet to be there while their pool was accessible. Each time they have said their pool is closed for about two weeks. If they are not allowing anyone to use the pool, they need to remove it from their list of amenities and reduce their prices to stay there. "
