"This hotel is in an excellent location where you can take short, scenic walks or take the Riverfront Trolley. We enjoyed the decor of our theme room and bird watching from our balcony as well as some nice harbor views. The room, itself was quite comfortable and had all of the amenities we wished. The hot breakfast provided was very good and filling. The staff were also pleasant and helpful so we had a very enjoyable stay here."

"Having stayed at this motel a couple summers ago I knew we would have a good stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Considering that Brooksville doesn't have regular chain hotels, I'm always amazed at how wonderful the people, food and accommodations are."

"I had to switch rooms because upon arrival there was a really strong odor coming from room due to food being left in the refrigerator that had lots of onions and stuff in it. Staff acted quickly and switched my husband and I rooms but my husband had already start unpacking and we had to pack things up and move rooms. It was my birthday weekend we had plans it put us a tad behind but not too much."
