"Hotel was updated and clean. There were quite a few large trucks taking ip multiple parking places. I was touring a college campus with my daughter and returning later in the evening. The room was clean, lobby very well lit and welcoming. The breakfast was average. There was a large hole in the carpet outside my bathroom that was very noticeable.
