"The room is spacious, clean, stylish and has amazing sea views. Staff were very nice, in particular, Khalil at the reception was really helpful and always ready to support and make the most of the stay. There is 1 big pool and direct access to the beach."

"Best hotel and resort location ive stayed at. Felt like a secret desert paradise. Every space was magical and made you feel like you were in a different world. The room drains were slightly smelly on the ground floor rooms but we moved and were accommodated well. The food was opulent for all meals and staff went over and beyond always happy to see us and welcome us. We even recieved flower arrangements at breakfast from the waiters. We love this place!"

"Our 6 day stay at the Sheraton in El Gouna was nothing but AMAZING, to say the least. Everything and everyone were wonderful. From the front desk manager Mr. Mohamed Amer and his staff Amani and Mohamed, to the Oriental restaurant staff, to the room service (Ahmed), all were charming, welcoming, and extremely friendly. They all made our stay a remarkable, enjoyable, and memorable experience. The hotel was clean so was our suite. Food was amazing and everyone was charming, friendly, and welcoming - from the all you can eat buffet, to the Oriental and Italian restaurants, to the bars at the beach and the lobby. This is a MUST visit property and it should be a 7 star not 5. We will definitely be back, soon. Raed"

"My stay at Jaz Saraya Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I will definitely be coming back :)"

"Everything is outstanding. Amazing staff eager to help in every way. The food is always great. The dinner buffet was something to look forward to every day. The hotel facilities are everything you would need. The room was very spacious and super clean, comfy bed and clouds like pillows. We had the best time with my wife and daughter. Zero complaints."
