"This hotel was amazing. The room was cool, quiet and clean. The bathroom had some amazing citrus shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There is a small pond by the hotel that had a sign warning people of possible alligators. The breakfast was great! They had bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, grits, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, waffle makers, yogurt, bagels and more. Breakfast is on the second floor and can be crowded, so we ate in our room. We did find a small bullfrog in the hallway but we...

"Very nice hotel. Good friendly staff, surprisingly good breakfast, clean premises, a great value! About 20 minute drive to Charleston historic district, but there's actually quite a bit of stores and nice outlet mall here ..a waffle house is only 2 minutes walk away! "

"The room was satisfactory overall. Room was somewhat out dated but the staff did great at what they had to work with and made our stay extremely comfortable. The beds were very clean, felt really fresh, comfortable and had great pillows. The only thing I would suggest is to update the bathroom but everything was very clean and stocked well. The ac did great at keeping the room cool and if you've ever been to Mt Pleasant during the 95+ heat, that's saying a lot. The pool was open and fabulous....
