"We traveled from Tennessee to Appomattox Virginia to move my mom out her home after the passing of my dad. While ending the week of packing our uhaul. We needed a hotel. We chose Super 8of Windham in Appomattox we were ready to check-in and get much needed sleep. Entering into our room #104, the floors were filthy,tub had mold around the caulking, tub had no plug to sit in for a hot bath, some of our washcloths with dark stains. And after waking up in the morning I found blood stain on our bed...

"We stayed overnight one night on a trip through the area. There was confusion about checking in since we weren’t given check in info ahead and no one was at the place. There was a note and luckily the front door was unlocked so it worked out. Rooms are very nice, done in antique furnishings. Breakfast was good. The manager said she didn’t know about our dogs but we booked through Expedia and I made it known on the reservation and also selected a pet friendly room so not sure what more I could...
