"Clean room"

"this place was so awful that my daughter and i left after being in the room for 5 minutes and went to a different hotel! right from the time i stepped into the lobby i had a red flag gut feelings... the front desk guy was asking if i was travelling alone. the place was absolutely disgusting filthy. our room had hairs in the bed, curly hairs all over the bathroom and sticky dust everywhere! the room stunk of cigarette smoke, and walls and doors were filthy and streaked. this place needs to be shut down."

"Shampoo Conditioner does not work for me, I need my shampoo separate from my conditioner. Also, there is not enough room in the breakfast area for everyone on a busy weekend. Where can you sit when it’s full? And, am I supposed to wash out my own coffee pot that is in the room? Or do the cleaning staff do it? I had to do it myself this morning,"

"I’ve stayed several times. I enjoy the location and the local restaurants. Breakfast is satisfying. the rooms are very nice and quiet. The only thing I would complain about is the hot tube has only been working twice in my several visits."

"Terrible…breakfast is Luke warm items/paperplates. Chromecast was not working for full three day stay even though they said service company was called. No online room service menu and taco plate was so basic we should not have ordered it. No bathrobes in room to access pool/sauna in. No response from hotel when I sent a message through the hotels.com access after receiving booking reservation. Will not be staying here again. "
