"Room cleanliness acceptable , but could do with renovation in near future, staff very good, amenities also vey good Decent choice for breakfast, meals and wine prices on par with other European city breaks (expensive) Spa we only used one of the pools and the single jacuzzi is big enough for 6 only Would we return, possibly however be prepared for some walking or get the Budapest Go app and use the very good public transport system , we are both in our 60’s and managed fine"

"I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15) It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the...

"Close to Heroes' Square, underground and trolley / bus lines, it was a gem to find. Apart from the helpful staff and the generally spotless maintenance & look of the hotel & rooms, the range of breakfast buffer offering was simply amazing. Perfect start of the day to load batteries before long walks :) Plus one has to mention that anything that was running low on the frankly vast range of different hot and cold food & drink offerings was magically replenished very regularly, so have to say that...

"Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with...

"Firstly, location is perfect. End of metro line so guaranteed seat, direct bus to zoo, spa, heroes square and 20 yards from airport shuttle stop. The 2 bed appt was PERFECT. Clean, 2 identical double bedrooms, spacious lounge, brilliant water pressure in shower, well equipped kitchen (spar is over the road) but frankly, the breakfast on the ground floor was so good we never cooked. Staff were friendly, felt totally safe, would definitely stay again."
