It is a good location to explore the local area, with a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sirolo, 20 minutes to Numana and 25 minute walk to beaches (steep walk down). In terms of the amenities, the pool is quite cold and area around not very big so we didn't spend much time here, but there is also a nice rooftop restaurant/bar and good parking. Breakfast was average, but good variety and coffee great. I'm sure there are more luxurious hotels, but it worked perfectly for us."

"We booked this on a whim when our travel plans pivoted. Everything about this stay was a five star experience. The location, the staff, the cleanliness,the incredible views from the room. The breakfast in particular was exceptional and my favorite out of several stays across Italy. Walkable to incredible restaurants and jus steps above the beach.
