"Where to start….everything was absolutely perfect and beyond my expectations. Great staff, first class linens, toiletries, comfortable bed with lovely pillows, triple pane windows and A/C so no noise from outside. The breakfast was incredible with everything you could possibly imagine on offer…pastries, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, salmon, etc. Walkable to everything…free transportation and gondola rides card. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."
