"Excellent property in the heart of Downtown Cleveland … On the pricey side but worth it! Staff throughout, shower, restaurant and bed were the best in the world! Could use a little more lighting in the corner king but overall fantastic!"

"The property was immaculate, staff was tremendous, not only a free breakfast but free dinner as well. Very centrally located walking distance to many things, (we went to Rock n Roll hall of fame and Guardians game.). My next trip to Cleveland this will definitely be my first choice."

"I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!"

"Its a great location, especially if you're in town to see the Cavs or the Guardians. The bathroom was small. The hotel is undergoing renovations. So, it was down to one elevator, making it a long wait to go anywhere"

"We had a couple of interactions with the front desk and valet, both were very helpful! My only real concern was the sheets on our bed had a blood stain on it we only discovered when we went to go to bed. Breakfast was very nice! Big room and food was kept full. Thank you"

"The staff, from the front desk to the valet was amazing 👏👏👏 However, the room and the bathroom left a few things to be desired The shower was miserable ( second floor) The carpets were threadbare No way to control the temperatures in the room And the food was another story😓"
