We couldn’t get our tv to work and the staff worked so hard to get it to work for us and offered us a breakfast voucher for our trouble. And the breakfast was amazing! Beautiful hotel and comfy beds!

Cool property. Bartenders are awesome. Had plenty of fun in Cleveland , super underrated town and by far the best hotel you can stay downtown. Run in the morning was great . Walked to the gym Browns Fit. Walked to the ALDS , it’s walking distance to East 4th and great neighborhood bars. 10/10 especially if you are a single male , pretty top tier experience .

Very clean room and hotel is absolutely beautiful! We were there for four days. Having to use a valet for parking was something we were not accustomed to. Very nice, inconvenient at times. It took a little extra planning for when we needed the car. We DID walk around quite a bit, so great location!

The boutique hotel is wonderful! Very close to Rocket Arena and restaurants, bars, and the casino. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing is the parking is expensive for valet or daily parking. The staff were amazing!
