Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was good. It is a steep slope up to hotel so please bare that in mind. No more than a ten min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by.

beware of the steep hill !

We were staying around the area for 2 weeks so booked the first few days here. Theres good & bad. The staff are quite ok, the outdoor pool area nice, can purchase decent food at reasonable prices. Its also quiet at night. However, the rooms are quite dated and the beds a bit hard , but most of all is the hill ! I am quite fit and do hill runs, its steep, and its about 100m up. You will be out of breath if you can make it up there, some definitely wont be able to. Doing it 4-6 times a day was a good work out, but it wore a bit thin, even for us.

Das Personal ist mega freundlich, das Zimmer ist auch sehr schön, Frühstück genügte für meine verhältnisse, Pool war gut. Vorteil von diesem Hotel ist die ruhe, aber man sollte ein Motorrad habe, da die zufahrt sehr steil ist

ABOMINABLE manque de respect envers ses clients !

Réservé 1 mois avant d'arriver pour 6 nuits; On m'annonce à l'accueil que je n'ai pas de chambres dans l'hôtel cause surbooking, et il m'est proposé de me loger à l'hôtel voisin, ce que je refuse. On me dit que l'hôtel voisin est de catégorie supérieure (gros mensonge) je pars le visiter et constate que ce n'est pas si bien, et il y a beaucous d'escaliers vu mon âge (septentenaire oppéré du coeur). Je recherche sur Internet d'autres hôtels mais difficile de trouver disponibilités en cette période de Nouvel an chinois. Je comprends que j'ai été floué et que ma chambre a été revendu plus cher que ce que j'avais payé. Je négocie et j'arrive à 4 nuits dans l'hôtel en face et 2 nuits au Sai Rough Résidence. Durant les 3 premiers jours des jeunes des quartiers banlieue de Paris ont fait du bruit au bord de la piscine, avec leur musique de RAP, les bouteilles d'alcool et jusqu'à même une bagarre finale ou ils ont été viré. Je n'ai pas eu la chambre avec vue piscine que j'avais payé + cher. Mes 2 derniers jours au Sai Rougn Résidence se sont bien passés, dans un cadre agréable. Je reste amer du manque de Respect de cet hôtel qui revends votre chambre + cher et vous envoie ailleurs, sans vous avoir prévenu.

部屋は比較的綺麗で、お洒落な雰囲気でした。また、大きめのプールを利用することもできます。パタンビーチやナイトマーケット、ショッピングモールなどが徒歩圏内なので、とても有意義に過ごせました。また坂を降りたところにスーパーがあるのが便利でした。ホテルまでのアクセスについては、空港からパタンビーチまで100Bのシャトルバスで、パトンビーチからホテルまでは徒歩で行くことができます。。ホテルに向かうまでに100m程の激坂がありますが、歩くことは可能です。

Mala experiencia. Instalaciones en mal estado. Hotel super ruidoso, con gente borracha gritando por las noches. La habitación sin limpieza porque olvidé poner el cartel, luego decian que pasadas las 3pm ya no se encargaban. La localización fatal, arriba de una cuesta. Por último, el gimnasio mediocre, nada que ver con las fotografías que se muestran. Decepcionante.

Cela fait plus de 15 ans que je vais au Sai Rougn, et j'ai toujours autant de plaisir. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et serviable. Petit-déjeuner toujours de bonne qualité . C'est bien au Sai Rougn que je retournerai l'année prochaine, et pourtant c'est pas les hôtels qui manquent à Patong! Quand on est très bien, pourquoi aller voir ailleurs ?..

Pour mon 8 passages à Patong et donc 8 eme séjours au Sai Rougn .. je suis très déçue J y vais depuis 10ans .. et le sai Rougn n est plus .. L hôtel n est plus intretenue comme il le devrait . Plus de mini bar Plus de restaurant le soir Plus de navette pour bangla Mobilier manquant Prise électrique defactueuse Verouillage de la porte de la suite ainsi que des fenêtres inexistant Joint sanitaire et douche fait à la truelle Fuite wc ect …… Je demande à garder la suite junior jusqu a 14h au lieu d une remise des clés à 12 h déjà hors prix pour la prestation donné… on me demande de règlé 24h soit une journée complète , après y avoir séjourner 3 semaines … Vraiment ça me brise le cœur .. mais pour les prochain mois c est un hôtel à éviter ..
