Dont stay here and save your money!

Disgusting will never stay here again when we first arrive the first day the very first thing at we saw it the kitchen and bed being so disgustingly dirty the bed looks like it was never been replace a new bedding and it was smelly and dirty the lady said shes gonna clean the whole aprt but when we come back the only thing she did was replaced that towels she didnt do anything pls save your money and dont stay here and fyi we saw alot of cockroaches if i could give this apt a -⭐️ i would this hotel is nasty!

The unit did not look like the pictures on the booking. Booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night and forfeited our payment due to conditions: uncomfortable beds, stained comforter, super loud at night due to parties on the beach, loud first thing in morning due to construction next door, mold in bathroom, walls patched but not painted, stove top didn’t work to heat water for coffee, microwave was old and took 4 minutes to heat a small cup of water for coffee. Overall just run down. Staff were nice.

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 days in December, our stay at the tower was really bad. There was no kettle, no hand towels, the cleaner didn't clean properly or change the bedding. The fridge is broken and leaks across the floor TV doesn't show channels, lots of remotes that don't do anything. The bathroom is really mouldy. The shower curtain has lots of mould in it, I asked woman to change it but she didn't. Cleaner only came to clean once and didn't clean properly, only left new towel, no new bedding. There was only enough plates and cups for 4 people but the room was booked for 5. It was not as advertised at all and we paid a lot of money to stay there which was really unfair. I reached out to the manager/head of team and got left on read.

Holiday from hell

I believe that there are some very nice apartments within the Patong Tower By United 21 Thailand but the one we were given was defiantly not one of them. It started from when we first arrived as we walked through the door we immediately noticed that this was not the room we had booked. As we inspected the apartment the things started to pile up, the mold in the bathroom and kitchen was pretty thick so i tried to contact the manager (Maddy) but was not contactable so on the third day the cleaner arrived to clean and informed us that Maddy had flown out of Thailand and to deal with her from now on. Everything within the self contained kitchen was disgustingly dirty so we had to go and purchase cutlery, cups,toaster and kettle just so as to have a cuppa and toast for breakfast. The curtains only spanned 3/4 of the window space so at about 6.30am the light was boring in through the bedroom window, i could keep going with this but i think you get the idea. On the second day the tv kept switching off at will and this was annoying but on the ninth day it swithed off and would not come back on so contacted the cleaner, she came for a look and agreed that it was dead,she left and we didnt hear from her and phone was swithed off. That was the last straw for us, we booked another hotel for the last 4 nights and left loosing our money. By the end of that day i had 3 contacts from Maddy trying to justify the appalling service we had recieved.I would never recommend this place

Amazing Condo

Our stay at Patong Towers Condominiums was excellent. Our in check by Mr. Vaibhav was smooth and welcoming especially considering we were an hour late to arrive he was very pleasant and forgiving and made sure we felt welcome. As for the condo the view from the balcony was amazing and the rooms were well furnished and inviting. My only concern were the stained bed sheets which were eventually replaced without me having to request it. The tower is centered right in the middle of everything you would want to do and a stones throw from Patong Beach. We will definitely by staying here in future visits.

I will never go there again.

This was one of the worst hotel I every been into. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Microwave did not work. The bedroom water did not work as well. I request my money back.

Very old and dated. Paid for 5 people and only got 2 bottles of water daily. Riddled with Bedbugs. Shower ran out of hot water. No shower head. Manager of property was somewhat accommodating. Expedia needs to heavily scrutinize the properties they offer so their customers know what they have paid for. Dismal for the money paid.

tolle Lage in Zentrum

direkt am Strand und in der Ortsmitte.VielPlatz in der Wohnung.Statt 1 Zimmer haben wir 3 Zimmer-Appartment bekommen ohne Aufpreis.Tolle Sicht auf die Stdt unf das Meer.Strandnähe. Kochnische war aber sehr abgenutzt.Sonst war die Wohnung und Ausstattung OK.

One of the best apartment at phuket

We stay at Patong Tower by United 21 at february 2018, Location is the one of the best in phuket, its in the middle of the center, close to everywhere. Room we stay was S906 has the best sea view from the front balcony and the mountain and the city from side balcony. Apartment has everything you need even the washing machine :)
