"Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! This was after they had already gave us $200 resort credit! Best vacation we've ever experienced, EVER!!! We'll definitely be back... "
