"Staff were curt, didn’t answer my question re room local near elevator ( bad knee) . Just going thru motions, didn’t care. Excellent facility tho !"

"This hotel was incredible! Very nice hotel, rooftop restaurant was great, coffee shop was fantastic and the breakfast was excellent and delivered right to your door each day. Great location! Felt like we were close to everything! If in Charleston again we know where we’ll stay!! "

"Hotel most importantly is in a great centralized location, walkable to a lot of places. Staff are courteous, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Hotel could use some major updates though to bring it into the 21st century. Feels very dated in 2026."

"The hotel was excellent. We booked a deluxe king room with city view. We believe that we were given a regular king room We tried multiple times to explain this to the staff but they said we had a city view (all the rooms do!) Our room looked just like the pictures for a regular king room. It did not look like a deluxe king either city view."

"Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. Staff was friendly though "
