The guys that parked the truck and open the doors were awesome the staff was amazing and amenities were awesome it was a great stay and it was perfectly located to shopping and the concierge was awesome it was a great experience it was 4 in a 2 queen room with seating more than another space for us four great bathroom I would definitely recommend this hotel

This is a very comfortable hotel right in the middle of Charleston with lots of good restaurants, museums and historical attractions within walking distance. The staff is helpful, omnipresent and courteous. Not cheap, however. Rooms are reasonably priced but amenities can be costly. We liked our room, but some issue with water pressure and water running through cold water faucet never really got cold. Overall we would recommend the Bennett/ provided you are not on a budget! Complimentary car service was a big plus.

Not exaggeration to state that this was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Everything about this property was immaculate. Truly amazing experience. We would highly recommend staying here. We particularly appreciated the pool, and of course every interaction with hotel staff was wonderful. Very well done!

This was our favourite hotel in a 3 week tour of the east coast. We couldn’t fault it , maybe a bigger pool for our 8 year old! But everything and everyone was sensational, but I have to mention the hotel stand out was Kevin the incredibly knowledgeable concierge. He arranged wonderful trips and booked us into the best restaurant that I’d never heard of ( despite doing hours of research) it’s really opened my eyes to making sure I take advantage of concierge services in future, as undoubtably his knowledge and ideas made the holiday for us.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Hotel Bennett is stunning from the moment you walk in. The entire property is elegant, spotless, and beautifully decorated, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Charleston, and the hotel itself has everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and such a great place to unwind, especially after walking around the city. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. We were traveling for a girls’ trip and could not have picked a better hotel. From the beautiful surroundings to the amazing service and perfect location, Hotel Bennett made our Charleston getaway even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

The hotel is beautiful, very elegant and relaxing. The entire staff is amazing. For a top notch luxury experience I would have a hard time finding anything better. The King’s club is awesome and serves food and drinks throughout the day. Thank all of you for making our 50th wedding anniversary so special!

While we understood that the pool chairs were limited, we didn’t realize that half would remain empty as “reserved” for cabana rentals. Even if cabanas were not rented they remained unavailable. This aspect was extremely disappointing. The hotel and service was otherwise impeccable!!!

Hotel Bennett is unbelievable. It had been awhile since we had stayed here and I thought things might show some wear. I was wrong. Everything was fresh and absolutely awesome. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. When you stay at a luxury hotel, you expect this kind of environment. You rarely do today but the Bennett delivers.
