"Excellent location, old school charm, and the room on the second floor was perfect for our family of 4. It was more like a bed and breakfast experience than hotel. The only downside is it isn't very accessible for those with physical disabilities. That was not a concern for us, you should know before booking."

"I had a great experience at The Notary Hotel. The room, especially the view, was phenomenal. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only issue was the valet. "We loved our stay in this beautiful B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Philadelphia. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet with plenty of variety. We had only one small nitpick when our television did not work, but that did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend La Reserve."

"The rooms are impeccable, mini fridge actually keeps things cold. Filtered water is is every room, amazing. Love that breakfast is included and weekday happy hour is fun! Did not love that you have to go the second floor to enter the lobby. So meeting friends or colleagues is a step more difficult. But overall a good place! "
