"I highly, highly recommend! Great location (hipster, cool vibe and location), the property is lovely (the room was huge, clean, modern and had all the amenities). Check-in was via text. We got a code, and it worked for the door to the lobby and to the room. Whenever I had a question, sent a text and received a response a few moments later. Only drawback was TV - Roku. You have to have access to streaming services to watch ESPN for example. I get it, just not convenient. What a gem! Will...

"We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there. "

"Clean, modern and stylish. The staff was also very nice and helpful, especially Christie and Caydie at breakfast. My only complaint would be that while our towels were changed and bathroom was cleaned everyday, our beds weren’t made everyday. It was a very good stay, however and I will return."

"I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot....

"This was our first time staying at Elements downtown and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was spacious and clean and the location was PERFECT for us to see/do everything we wanted to in Philly! Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was made hot and fresh every morning while also offering plenty of options for things to choose from! Both my husband and I agree that this was one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at and we would recommend this place to everyone! "
