"This facility was under renovation the entire time I was there . A lot of dust at the lobby and next to the restaurant and inside the restaurant by the windows. Restaurant is very very dark during the day and during the night , you can’t even see what you are eating . All the seating area in the lobby have stains and dirty and stained sofas and chairs . The material was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and no variety of food ."

"The carpeting in the hotel was very old and pretty gross. The bathroom sink in our room was plugged and took hours to drain. The hotel was advertised as having a Noon Check-out policy. When we arrived, we were told the check-out time was one hour earlier. Would not stay there again."

"Overall was a decent stay. Check-in process was mostly the only negative. Took about an hour to check-in. Asked if it is possible to get compensated on the parking to which the service agent had no interest in entertaining. Was disappointed on their intent to provide good customer service. Other than that, the hotel was decent and in a good location. A little bit rough around the edges within the room. Would only stay here if being close to the airport or sports stadium, otherwise not worth it."

"Housekeeping never came by our room. I called front desk and no one ever picked up. Even after going down to complain to the front desk in the morning and again at night, and letting them know we also needed towels, they said they would send housekeeping and they no one ever came by. We stayed 5 days and never got towels. I was told I would get a credit 3-5 business days and no credit has been made. I even provided my Hilton rewards number to front desk and have checked the app daily."

"It seems as if the facility is aged and the hotel is in the process of renovating. It would have been nice to be aware of this. I walked into a nice entrance and bar/lounge area, and then entered a room that looked aged and poorly kept."
