"Great people"

"Didn’t look like kitchen especially microwave oven and stove were throughly cleaned. Hotel was kind of old. No free drink water bottle. It costs $4/small bottle which we didn’t use. It should get a remodel for sure. There weren’t many food/convenient store choices around this hotel. Room was old and couldn’t set the temperature higher to the comfortable level."

"The property can use a good cleaning and revamp. You enter through an entrance that does not scream hotel. There are small signs telling you to take the elevator to the lobby on the 3rd floor. There is one valet person, so expect to wait to drop off your vehicle and for him to deliver it to you. The staff are friendly. However, we waited over an hour and half for them to deliver a pillow and after repeated text messages, they delivered bedding and not a pillow (at close to 1am). We had to ask the person to grab the pillow and wait an additional 10 mins, all because there wasn't a complete bedding set for the pull out sofa. The sofa was dirty, stained and uncomfortable. The mirrored closet door was off the hinges when we arrived. Breakfast was underwhelming and disorganized, not many options and the waffle maker was not working, unplugged. It was an ok stay for 1 night. Only saving grace, the onsite parking/ slow valet and the location."
