Funcionário extremamente grosseiro

Fiz a reserva pelo hotéis.com numa sexta para me hospedar no sábado. Ao chegar no hotel fui atendida por um funcionário extremamente grosseiro que não estava entendendo porque estávamos lá, pois ele não havia sido informado. De pronto falei que tinha número da reserva e ele de forma extremamente ríspida que eu não precisava mostrar nada pra ele, pois ele tinha tudo que precisava. Nunca me senti tão mal num estabelecimento. Meus amigos odiaram a postura do tal funcionário e a decoração sombria do local que mais parecia um filme de terror! Por óbvio que ele não tinha os nossos quartos e tivemos que sair à procura de outra pousada...em nenhum momento ele tentou solucionar o nosso inconveniente, apenas sugerindo outras pousadas. O que foi bem difícil pois a cidade estava cheia por conta de um evento próximo. Não recomendo de forma alguma essa pousada, pois a falta de cordialidade de funcionários é algo que tira minha paciência.

Casarão muito bem cuidado, porém, como todo casarão antigo tem piso barulhento e o problema (já sabido antes da reserva) do banheiro compartilhado. Mas isso foi avisado antes.

Pensaria duas vezes em voltar para essa pousada.

A pousada é aconchegante quarto bom e sem banheiro, são compartilhados tem que dividir com outros hospedes, água do chuveiro com problema não esquentava tínhamos que chamar sempre o rapaz que trabalha no local, o qual ele é porteiro, tesoureiro, que apronta o café, arruma as camas, é o que faz tudo sozinho. não tem outro funcionário. Uma coisa de bom nele é muito educado atencioso nota 10 para ele, mas para os dono zero. Pensaria muito em retornar na pousada. Creio que deveriam de fazer uma visita antes de mencionar no site de vocês.

Localização perfeita! Atendimento bom! Não tem estacionamento, mas em frente há vaga na rua. A pousada é linda!!
