"The place will surprise you!!! Is a cozy well decorated place. They have everything we need from the coffee to microwave, cute beautiful fridge to comfortable bed and clean linens. The owner stay in touch with us all the time offering help every step of the way. The place is located close to Cooperstown downtown and just off Route 20 close enough to everything you need. I will definitely stay again there and I recommend to everyone."

"The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”.

"I wish the weather had been better as I was unable to avail myself to kayaking and evening entertainment. Room was small but cozy and rustic, lots of wood and evocative of summer camping in lakeside cabins. Very old time style of check-in, and the desk is not staffed late at night."
