"The cleanliness of the room and the towel were not good."

"We prepaid for two nights and left after the first night. No lobby No staff on sight Given a code by phone to unlock the door Heat in the room was 82 degrees and could not be turned off. The window air conditioner going at full blast finally hit 76 Shower did not drain properly Owner was uncooperative- no credit given"

"We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty."
