The Charlevoix House Northside was perfect for our golf trip. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and just far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Teri is a great hostess. She was always available if anything was needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I would suggest adding a shelf in the shower area in the Hemingway rooms so there's a place for shampoo and soap, etc. Overall a very good experience.

Fun weekend!

Terry was a perfect host! So easy to check in and out. Breakfast was continental with a lot of great options! Location was great for our weekend plans. The house was very charming.

I especially enjoyed meeting Terri and her daughter. They made me feel right at home, were more than helpful on local information, and it was fun to stay local in an old historical house. Terri provided a continental breakfast which was appreciated and more than adequate. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the area.

Enjoy Charlevoix

Host was welcoming. Inn was within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Front room upstairs street noise was noticeable. We had a pleasant stay overall.

The lovely lady and her grandson who maintained the home were very nice, friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy, but then the property is on a main thoroughfare and our room was at the front of the house. This also made it very convenient to the downtown area. We would stay there again.

Northside- Charlevoix House

It was a Relaxing/Amazing Trip. A 10 min walk to everything downtown Charlevoix. Room was immaculate, “Great Lakes.” The Property Mgr. Terri was terrific, she always had a beautiful spread for breakfast, and she knows the area well, and always had great suggestions for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. I have already blocked another week in April, 2025.

Loved the house, warm and friendly. Terry is a great hostess! It was like being in a Good friends’home Great breakfast. Her home is the way bnb used to be. A friendly person to greet you and share local knowledge. At least there are some left.

Charming and comfortable

Terri was a wonderful host. The breakfast was good and the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The stairs are narrow so keep that in mind. If mobility is an issue, check to see if a first floor room is available. There is a window air conditioner in the room. Parking is very close.

The hostess was very friendly and made a nice breakfast. Felt very welcome into the home. Unfortunately the bed was quite worn, with a dip in the middle of the mattress which made it uncomfortable. There was an air conditioner unit in the window but it wasn't sealed to the outdoors and there were 100 little gnats gathering on the ceiling. Aside from those couple of negatives, the place was fine.
