"When we checked in, the instructions given on how to find our room were vague and we didn’t find it. Doubled back and asked a server and her instructions didn’t work either. My wife went back to the front desk, got different instructions, that also didn’t work. On her way back to the front desk, she found an employee, who had finished work, and walked her around the hotel to show her the room.
