All the staff were very friendly, chattyand pleasant. The hotel was easy to locate with ample parking, the hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was easy and quick with all useful information provided. The room was on the first floor with lift and stair access. The room was clean , tidy but was chilly on arrival - quick blast of heating took the chill off. Whilst the bathroom was vey clean there was a few cracked tiles on the door which could do with attention. Good choice at breakfast, staff very attentive at keeping items replenished and clearing tables. Great nights sleep in a very comfy bed, despite facing the main road there was issues with traffic noise. The hotel is a short drive to Perth centre. Would recommend staying here and we will visit again
