"Besides being charged incorrectly THREE times, our overall experience at the hotel was still very good. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. My son and niece had an amazing time enjoying the water park and all the different activities the hotel offered for kids, which kept them entertained the entire trip. "Our first stay was okay. It was convenient to be close to the airport. Our return stay was less desirable as we were given a room on the top floor farthest from the entrance without an elevator at that end of the hallway. Two bath towels but only one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people."
