"We had a reservation at the Best Western Saluki in Carbondale and the property was FILTHY. I was so relieved when a room opened up at the Drury, this was our third stay here. The hotel was so clean and has lovely amenities, including breakfast and the evening happy hour, great snack options, and more. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral and my husband couldn't tie his tie due to his disability; one of the gentlemen at the front desk helped us as we were headed to the church, I was so grateful for their assistance and warmth. "

"The room was very clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while traveling!!!! Pillows were great too. I had trouble with the remote and the manager of housekeeping brought a new one up immediately, along with a menu of channels they offered. The breakfast was great! There is a man working from the kitchen that was extremely helpful and kind, a wonderful personality and great asset to the company for sure!!!"
