"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"Stephanie at the front desk was outstanding. She helped me with finding medical assistance, recommendations for restaurants and basic room inquiries. The hotel is an awesome location and the spa amenities were very relaxing with a view of the Matterhorn (breakfast as well). Glad we chose to stay there! "
