"My kids and I loved the stay! The pool was great and very big. The breakfast was also good we loved the pancake maker but the pancakes were on the doughy side but still edible. The only problem I had there was that the shower didn’t drain. "

This time, my shower was dirty, the shower shelf literally fell off the wall, the room A/C was not powerful enough (I like it cold to sleep), and somehow this room's bed was not as comfortable as my first stay's room. I'm chalking it up to a bad day and I will be back most likely."

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
