"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"

"As with most places on Sanibel, this is a family-run small business and they are eager to please. This was the perfect location for our family to call home for a week, was right next door to a family-run convenience store, across the street from ice cream, dining & shopping, and on the main thoroughfare to get to everything else on the island via car. "The hotel is a boutique style, but a little larger. Each unit has a balcony, as well as an outdoor entrance. There is a kitchen with a two burner stove and a small full refrigerator. There are not many restaurants, so we drove out a couple miles, each night. This was fine. They are still building back from the hurricane 3 years ago. The beach is beautiful but they're still working on some of it. Breakfast and coffee are included each day. This was great for us. The staff was super friendly....

"Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "
