"Great room and absolutely beautiful food we loved the spa room and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the cinema. The room was very clean and there was good game rooms and the view outside was to die for. The only bad thing was that you had to carry your skis around 350 meters before you could get to the skiing spot. Overall we had a blast and we recommend it as a place to have your ski holiday and relax. It is a lot of fun for both kids and parents 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children."

"Gorgeous hotel with details fitting the local mountaineer aesthetic, perfect location right by but not on Kropowki street, about half way from the top to Gubałówka, amazing breakfast and gorgeous Spa with a steam room, dry, wet, salt wall and birch saunas, 2 outdoor hot tubs and one of the prettiest hotel pools I have ever seen.
