The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at “Bania” hotel. It was a short 3 day 2 night stay, in-between longer stays in Zakopane and Szczawnica. We definitely have planes to comeback, and next time it’s going to be most likely in the winter season.

I think hotel deserves 5 stars and the only reason they display 4 stars is the fact that Polish corporation do not permit booking conferences in 5 star places.

Mam tylko pozytywne wrażenia z wizyty w Hotelu. Wystrój wewnątrz i w pokojach jest świetny, doskonałe połączenie lokalnych akcentów i nowoczesności. Termy są bardzo przyjemne chociaż nie za duże i generalnie było bardzo dużo osób. Bardziej kameralna była strefa saun. Jedliśmy w restauracji Góralskiej i jedzenie było wyśmienite (i odpowiednio wycenione). Podobnie smaczne było śniadanie. Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, ale chętnie kiedyś wrócimy na pobyt jako odpoczynek po łażeniu po górach. Polecam!

There is a construction going on. We had a view of it and noise was horrible. Since the room had no a/c we slept with windows open and were awaken by a noice of heavy machinery. Breakfast was great. For the price you pay more things should be included. There was a great playground but bumpy cars for example required extra fee. Overall nice experience. Pricey though.

Ciekawe miejsce z drobnymi niedociągnięciami

Hotel tylko dla zmotoryzowanych. Dobry dla rodzin z dziećmi. Wszystko na miejscu ale nie ma gdzie wyjść. Brak dobrych widoków z miłych balkonów. Dodatkowo teraz obok hałaśliwy plac budowy związany z rozbudową hotelu. Najważniejszą zaletą hotelu są baseny termalne z dostępem w szlafroku. W pokojach brak czajników. 2 aneksy z czajnikami i mikrofalą na piętrze to słabo w hotelu 4*. W kompleksie basenów rażący brak normalnego basenu pływackiego z nieco niższą temperatura do pływania. Śniadania wyśmienite z produktami regionalnymi. Ogólnie hotel bardzo dobry z ciekawym wystrojem wnętrz.
