"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst."

"We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable."
