"Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail!
