"Place is honestly kind of misleading and disappointing. The instructions on using the lights in the room is non-existent until you ask. The hostel itself only encompasses 20% of the entire building, and the majority of the photos they have shared online are from the “student" section of the building, which is inaccessible to people staying in the hostel. The gym can only be accessed by permission of the front desk, which can be spotty given it isn't staffed 24/7. The shower is graded incorrectly...

"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away.
The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"We got in exhausted, after being awake for almost 30 hours, and were welcomed like friends. The newly renovated room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It has a large patio filled with comfortable seating, plants and trees, where we enjoyed tortellini and eggplant parmesian. The owner and staff are welcoming and helpful. We lingered, and didn't want to leave!"

"We received an email from the hotel before our stay telling us to simply reply to the email with any questions we may have. We did reply, with a few questions and never heard from them. Second, we couldn't find any parking spaces available around the hotel so we parked in the garage below the hotel. We had a 6:30 am flight and so at 5am we were trying to exit the garage using a machine at the exit. We were not told ahead of time how to do that, and despite our many efforts were not able to...

"The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean.
The lobby is spacious and there's a space where you can sit and enjoy playing games, reading a book or working on your laptop.
The hotel is located outside the center, near the airport, and it's a 6 minute walk from the tram T2 which you can take to reach the city center"
