"The breakfast was very good! The staff friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Front desk staff were also wonderful and so friendly. The area felt safe. At no point were we uncomfortable with any situation. We didn’t end up using the pool. It was as closed when we first arrived but was up and running the next morning. It looked nice and clean. The only downside was there were a few stains on the carpet and the blinds. The shower head could use some updating. There was a lot of build up making it spray everywhere but where you wanted it too. Otherwise, the beds were clean and comfortable. Body soap and shampoo and conditioner were provided. I would recommend this to others. No major concerns or complaints. "

During checkout the staff members just sat in the office and didn't bother to get up but did ask from her chair if there were any complaints if not just leave the keys."
