"The staff was very nice and the room was clean but the indoor pool was freezing and you could not use it. The hot tub was not in working condition the water was in the middle of the jets and the jets were also broken water was splashing everywhere which made it unbearably loud and not at all relaxing."

"This inn is privately owned and it shows in the pride and personal service that is provided to guests. We came in at 10PM, and were warmly greeted. We asked for a ground floor room and one was assigned to us, instead of the second floor room that was held with the reservation. The room was so clean, smelled great, and warm on a very cold winter evening! The hotel was quiet, off the main road, and we slept well. Breakfast was comparable to the chain hotels. "The Lodge is charming with a big fireplace and comfy seating in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, with eggs, potatoes and sausage plus yogurt, breads, bagels and cereal and coffee, tea and fruit juices. The location on main street is perfect to walk the charming streets of Wellsboro. The rooms were clean and everyone is small town friendly. Highly recommend! "

"The owner greeted us at the door then he showed us to our room. The room was clean and neat. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The next morning he gave us alternate things to do in the area. He had a parfait at our breakfast table waiting for us before our breakfast was ready. He was very friendly. I love the unique pieces in this home. My husband especially loved the art. We would definitely stay here again."

"In town to set my daughter up on campus. The room was spotless, bedding clean and comfy and fresh. There just happened to be a huge snow storm and a lot of places were shut down. But hotel staff were there with hot delicious breakfasts and the parking lot and walkways were plowed every couple hours."
