Suite was spacious, but could use some updating. Having a kitchenette is a nice feature, and the setting was quiet and convenient.

Shawn that took care of the breakfast was PHENOMENAL!!!!! He was SO efficient! SO helpful and kind! He kept the food coming out and CLEAN. I just called the hotel to find out his name for this review.... SHAWN.... THANK YOU. The eating area was IMMACULATE and beautiful. Best I've seen at any hotel! I appr6yhey wermt playing the news!!! Who can eat peacefully with disturbing news and images? It was Sports center. That was wholesome and comforting. The rooms were beautiful. The carpets in the rooms appear dated and not very clean. The lamps were dusty and that only matters to our allergies. It was bad but not enough of an issue to stay away! Lol we are staying a week for new years! The place and STAFF are so nice!!!! Front desk was very nice. The areas in and out were clean and welcoming. The grounds were fabulous. The carpets and couch were the only two things I'd change. The couch, like the rugs , felt unclean to me. The fabric..... And dated. I could be wrong but that's the only negatives to this FABULOUS PLACE.

amazing staff and amazing place. was striving for 15 hours straight and our new born needed a break they let us check in at 7 am so we didn’t have to keep driving till 3pm to find a hotel to stay the night. didn’t charge me a extra night like every other hotel tried

It was a decent stay for a weekend with family. Nothing to write home about. No hot tube in the pool area was sad. Breakfast was not worh getting out of bed for but other then that staff was friendly and very helpful, place was clean and in good repair.

Check-in attendant could have been more cheerful; First impression - décor seemed dated, but might just be my taste; Bed was comfortable; key-swipe to enter through back door wasn't working - acknowledged by desk clerk, but no apologies offered. Wouldn't/couldn't (?) print a receipt upon check-out as reservation was booked though Hotels.com.

The property overall was clean but dated other than the bathroom floors were not dirty but has residual stickiness from cleaner and the tub was either worn or dirty. There was no directional on the inside of the door in case of fire what would our best exit route be?? The front desk staff on Friday afternoon and the young lady running the breakfast buffet on Saturday were friendly and attentive and should be recognized since they are the first impression and for us our last as we left after breakfast
