"It was amazing. Great place, really wonderful. Hopefully be back again soon! "

"A really well maintained property, a lovely welcome bottle on arrival was a nice treat ! Nice and secluded, a short journey to the lakes, very enjoyable "

"Room was tired and bed uncomfortable. Car park had no lighting which made it difficult to navigate in the dark."

"The Duke of Edinburgh hotel was a gem. I don’t know the history of the building but it’s older; that doesn't mean bad. They have done a great job of renovating the rooms, or at least ours was.
