"Breakfast was very well organized and lots to choose from to eat."

"Check in staff was very friendly. We had one staff member be very ugly to my 4 year old autistic grandson while at the pool because he grabbed a table top and was going to throw it into the pool. Which we handled the situation. She yelled and said if it happened again he would be banned from the pool."

"The lady checking us in was very helpful. The room adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was cold cereal or waffles. Coffee was tasteless."

"Love the location and pool, but the pool had brown moldy rim around pool very dirty. Elevator was broken only one elevator pillow cases were not changed. Night staff was not very hospitable."

"The elevator wasn’t working the night we arrived but it was the next morning. No cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower curtain was slightly dirty. The staff was good. The breakfast was good."

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! They allowed us an early check in and a late check out due to the circumstances of our visit. The room was clean and well-appointed We will be staying at Towneplace Suites in the future."

"The room was pretty clean until I looked up and saw the dead mosquito carcass in the ceiling. Though the staff were very kind and helpful, the television remotes did not work; even after being changed out. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well as it was very limited. The options were cereal, bread, or a waffle."
