Rickey was excellent! The room was quiet, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. Only minor cons were the pillows, which were terrible and need an upgrade to a higher-end brand, and the very slippery shower floor; a simple bath mat would solve this minor problem. Enjoyed our stay here. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean, the pool gazebo no outlets worked, and it smelt like something dead was by the pool. Also the 2nd floor elevator button did not work so we had to use the stairs.

We were in town for an event at Magnolia and found this hotel to be convenient and a great value for our weekend in Waco. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated that many items (type of eggs, waffle flavors) changed each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Very high quality rooms (space and design) for the price. Hearty breakfast and close proximity to many restaurants/businesses (Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, etc.). Stephanie at the front desk was especially helpful with a few relatively minor reservation issues. She also shared hot chocolate chip cookies the morning of our checkout. I would definitely stay here again!
