"The Property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We did note a couple of minor snags like doors scuffing on the floor, or a shower that doesn’t drain very well , but overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. "

"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."

"Nice spacious, airy and tastefully decorated room with all the necessary accessories and features. The service was excellent and friendly. The setting, with a beautiful view of Penzance and the harbour from the breakfast room, was particularly good. The swimming pool set in lovely semi-tropical gardens was a real joy to be in. "Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"Great location next to trains, and a fantastic pub/hotel with a very welcoming & friendly vibe. I wasn't expecting breakfast so this was a bonus to me! That said, rather pricey and not too good at being environmentally minded (single use plastics for soap and tiny bottles for example)."

"This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good."
