"I loved that they are right on the river walk and pet friendly. In the pet manual they give out at check in stated they want you to use the stairwell with your pets. They placed me on the 9th floor and didn't offer to take my luggage to my room. Needless to say I used the elevator, i just made sure that we were alone."

"Conveniently located near the Alamo and Riverwalk. Recommend dropping luggage with staff at check in otherwise you will need to obtain a luggage cart and walk from parking garage to room. Key card gets disconnected about 10-15 before 11am check out. Breakfast was good. "

"Room was not cleaned prior to our stay. Found stains and hair all over our bed it was completely disgusting. Went to report it to the front desk and all he did was have me walk to the laundry room with him and gave me a sheet and blanket. Tub was filthy, toilet looked like it hasn’t been clean in days. We had to beg for towel and wash cloths and the guy at the front desk asked that we bring the dirty towels down to the front desk. "

"Clean room, shopping near by. If you need to move around a rental is suggested. Friendly staff. I would bring my own towel. Worth the price. "
