"I arrived as part of a group of about 25 persons. The check-in process was chaotic and it seems that the Front Desk did not adequately resourced itself to efficiently deal with new arrivals. There is really no excuse for this, since they would have had prior notice of arrivals. The property is a dated and it was evident that they working to maintain and improve the looks. "Superbe vue sur English Harbour! À proximité de plusieurs activités à faire, près des restaurants à pied 5-10 minutes de marche et de Nelson Dockyard. Plage Pigeon Point à 20 minutes de marche. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont attentionnés et le déjeuner est très bien. Taxi disponible sur les lieux avec Edgard. La piscine est bien toutefois, il n’y a aucun parasol. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le petit cottage était parfait pour nous."

"Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. "A great inn set within a historical location. Great amenities, restaurants and pool with boat service to all these and the nearby Galleon Beach. Loft room was spectacular with an amazing view of the harbor. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We can not wait to come back."
