"Very clean, excellent shuttle service, decent rooms"

"The valet service took a minimum of 15 minutes to get your car and the staff would sit in the car for extended periods of time. The radio stations were changed to stations we have never listened to and the seat was warm and adjusted for comfortability of the valet driver. Simply put, they were just hanging out in our car while we stood outside waiting for our vehicle. No daily cleaning service to the room either"

"The hotel is clean the staff was good location was fantastic however be careful when you book if you’re looking for a View these are packages and you have to be very thorough on how you read the description of the room selected. This is a resort so they do not have bathrobes housekeeping shower caps so bring your own. For a family is very convenient because it’s a full apartment enjoy"

"If you go with a pickup the Valet will try to upsale you leaving it at the front for extra $49 saying it’s too big to fit in the parking, go inside and get a self parking card, and park it yourself, there is plenty of space. "

"Overall, this is a clean and well-run hotel with the exception of my room. The room has been partially remodeled and looks nice while some parts look really outdated, cheap and dirty. There was hair in my sink and tub and mold around the drain that looks like it had been building up for awhile. There’s no way the bathroom had been cleaned before I arrived in my room. If they will cut corners cleaning the bathroom, made me wonder where else they cut corners in cleaning. The food was good, however. We ate at the cafe, the outdoor restaurant and got snacks from the bar while poolside. All great food. Poolside service was promised but nearly non-existent. We had to ask for a server every day. I think maybe they are understaffed. The location is good if you want to be a little out of the busier parts of Ft Lauderdale so I liked that. And there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the website states that self-parking is free but the hotel informed us upon arrival that self-parking was the same cost as valet which makes no sense. I’ve never been to a hotel or self parking in valet is the same price. When I mentioned this to the person who checked me in, she didn’t even respond to me and so that’s why I never mentioned the bathroom issue. I felt that she wasn’t gonna be responsive to that issue, they certainly weren’t gonna be responsive to my bathroom issue so I said nothing. "
