"Overall beautiful resort but not quite the experience we were expecting given price differential over other resorts in area.
Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that
The food was similar caliber at each experience.
I had fishy sea bass one evening
Cocktails were sadly often too sweet and was surprised not higher level liquor and wine for the price.
Coffee shop was good and nice easy breakfast...

"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless.
Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...

"Great properyy, plenty of available pool chairs at least our week (early April). Had activities each day like pool games, bingo, blackjack, volleyball, etc. Kids things as well. We had a 1 bedroom that was nice with balcony. Food and drinks were good. Great fitness center. Things to improve - room cleaning came at different times, which did interrupt us a returning to room a couple times in one week stay. Property is big which is good but you’llget your steps in. "

"True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property.
